Replace all references to the benbenbang namespace with bitbrew-dev across workflows, scripts, and documentation to reflect the new organization ownership.

  • Updated reusable workflow references in pre-commit.yml, prek.yml, semantic-release.yml, and self-semantic-release.yml.
  • Updated container image paths in workflow definitions and build/push scripts for the pre-commit and semantic-release images.
  • Updated README usage examples to point to the new org's workflows.
  • Updated author and attribution comments in init.sh and hadolint.sh.

Replace all references to the `benbenbang` namespace with `bitbrew-dev`
